At that time, Peggy was the top Level One Aromatherapy trainer for Young Living Essential Oils. In 2003 she developed and taught a six-week Aromatherapy program for HIV+ and HIV-at-risk patients at the Ryan Center in New York City's Clinton district.

In 2017, Krista was educated in the Aroma Acupoint therapy technique which allows her to integrate her knowledge of essential oils with the funtionality of acupuncture points.

Classical Homeopathy

Based on the doctrine of "like cures like," Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine used to diagnose and treat the patient rather than the disease. Focussing on an individual's unique set of symptoms as well as general traits, Homeopathy can enhance wellness by strengthening the body's ability to heal itself.

Krista J Essler, LAc, achieved top honors for her coursework in Homeopathy at New York Chiropractic College. She received a certificate in 1997. In addition to providing private consultations, she is called upon by various colleagues for the difficult cases they encounter in their own practices.

Reiki Master

Qi (pronounced chee) is the body's energy. When the Qi is disharmonious, it leads to an imbalance which can be the root cause of a disease or disorder. Reiki practice is a means of tapping into and regulating this energy.

Krista J Essler has been a Reiki Master since 1997. She incorporates this method into her Acupuncture needling.
